The Project boarders the City of San Leandro and is located in close proximity to the Oakland Zoo, the Dunsmuir-Hellman Historic Estate, and the Foothill Square Development Project which includes a 72,000 square foot Foods Co. Grocery Store. The building comprises 27 one-bedroom units, and 6 two-bedroom units ranging from approximately 575-910 sq. ft. Completion is scheduled for summer 2013.
